When you register for a FarmNotebook account, we ask for information such as your farm or garden name, email address, etc. Members who continue to use their account after the free trial period will be required to make payment (currently handled via PayPal).
We do not collect personal information for any other purposes. The information you provide is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information about you if Boann's Banks Farm or FarmNotebook is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Boann's Banks will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Although Boann's Banks owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the FarmNotebook application, you retain all rights to your data and we will never sell or share your client data with any third-parties, contact your clients directly, or use your data for our own business advantage. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their client data.
